Here at In & Out fitness we pride ourselves on giving you a well-rounded pleasurable fitness experience. Our workouts are scientifically proven to give you the results that you desire. Studies have shown that only 10 percent of gym-goers actually use their respective gyms. Now, of that 10 percent imagine how many of those members actually accomplish their fitness goals. At In & Out fitness we guide you through your fitness journey, all you have to do is follow our proven system.
Meet Leon Lambert the owner of In & Out Gym. He has many years of personal training experience. A graduate of Delaware University with a BS in Kinesiology Exercise Science, and a second degree in Occupational Therapy which allows Leon to deal with all types of fitness needs including injuries and health conditions. During his time as a personal trainer Leon has taught all types of group classes from kick boxing, high intensity interval training, etc. Leon motto is Life is our sport and his personal training clients have fun as Leon incorporates a lot of functional everyday movements into their workouts.
Hey my name is Edward Joseph, Eddy for short and I’m a certified performance enhancement specialist through NASM. Sports and history are clear interests of mine and many of times I like to marry the two. Everyone’s fitness journey is different depending on your interest but the variable that’s needed to make it all happen is functional movement and I’m interested to help everyone get there. From old and or injured to young and or athletes all humans need to move functionally to accomplish their goals so let’s reach them together.
